  • The best time to drink Kombucha will depend on a few factors. For the most part, you can drink Kombucha anytime. If you drink Kombucha in the morning on an empty stomach, it is the best way to maximize the potency of the probiotics. It will pass through to your stomach, the probiotics will make it into your large intestines. 
  • While drinking Kombucha after a meal is good for digestion. You may feel full, it is advisable for the weight loss if your goal is for your weight loss journey. 
  • Drinking Kombucha before bedtime. Kombucha has contained caffeine. 
  • The caffeine content will depend on the type of tea being used. Green tea, for example, contains 25 mg per cup; black tea possesses 47 mg per cup; and organic Yerba mate around 30 mg. If you don't go for caffeine and are sensitive to caffeine, it's better not consuming Kombucha before bedtime. Bliss is made with 30% less caffeine, and 30% less sugar.

Most commercially-brewed kombucha indeed contains varying amounts of alcohol. This is due to the natural fermentation process, during which small amounts of alcohol are produced as a bi-product. Bliss is tested and is .05%.
